Description
Steel block with holes and depressions for producing uniform rivets using either wire or hollow eyelets. The four 1.8 mm deep holes on the face of the block are used for measuring the length of wire rivets and are marked with their gauge sizes: 12, 14, 16, and 18 ga. The four round dimples are used for creating rounded heads in wire rivets while the three circular flaring depressions create uniformly round hollow eyelet rivets. The block includes dimples and flaring depressions along the side edges for forming rivets in curved material while the block is mounted in a vise. Two additional holes can be used to pre-form rivet heads in cases where you can only access one side of the rivet. Block measures approximately 2 5/8″ x 1 1/2″ x 3/8″. All faces are machined smooth and edges are beveled.
