Jura Basic Quick Change Fixture Set for GRS MicroBlock & MicroBlock XL

If you already own a GRS MicroBlock or MicroBlock XL Vise, you can greatly enhance its versatility by installing the Jura Basic Quick Change Fixture Set. This set was designed by a renowned diamond setter for securely holding rings and practice plates for stone setting and engraving. Includes a set of Jura Master Jaws, Jura Horizontal Inside Ring Clamp with Drawbar, Vertical Inside Ring Clamp, set of 10 Ring Collets, and Flat Clamp. The Jura Master Jaws replace the standard jaws of a MicroBlock or MicroBlock XL engraving block and allow for fast and easy swapping of the fixtures included in this kit along with a variety of other QC (Quick Change) workholding fixtures in the Jura product line.

To secure a ring, install one of the expanding plastic collets (13-22 mm dia.) in one of the Ring Clamps, slide the ring onto the collet and tighten the clamp. With the ring held firmly from the inside, the entire outside surface is accessible for engraving and stone setting. Tension can also be adjusted to allow easy rotation of the ring. The Flat Clamp can hold square or round practice plates horizontally along with beading tools and other round shank tools vertically using the integrated grooves of the clamp.
